Yeeels Group, the international hospitality group behind French-born concepts Verde and CouCou, has announced a leadership transition as it enters a new phase of global expansion.
Founder Sergey Paramonov has assumed the role of Group Head, taking direct oversight of the group’s strategic direction and international operations. The transition follows the departure of Alexey Bril, who has stepped away to pursue independent hospitality ventures.
Originally conceived in France, Verde has become known for its Parisian-inspired dining experience, combining refined energy, design-led environments, and a strong cultural identity. Together with CouCou, the group now operates across Paris, Saint-Tropez, Sardinia, and Dubai, with the UAE serving as a key operational platform for regional and international growth.
Commenting on the transition, Paramonov said:”Our priority is to maintain the creative and cultural foundations that define our brands while scaling internationally with discipline and consistency. This next stage is about structured growth, operational strength, and long-term brand value.”
The group’s development pipeline remains active across three regions. Verde New York will mark the brand’s entry into the United States, while CouCou Miami is scheduled to launch later this year. In Europe, a new Verde Beach Restaurant in Sardinia will open this summer, strengthening the brand’s Mediterranean footprint.
To support this phase, investors have committed an additional USD 50 million over the next four to five years. The capital will fund new openings, infrastructure, and brand development, with the aim of scaling revenues to USD 200 million and achieving EBITDA of USD 40–50 million.
With its leadership structure consolidated and expansion pipeline in motion, Yeeels Group is positioning itself as a globally scalable hospitality platform operating across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
