Under Armour expands restructuring effort, plans to separate Curry business

(Reuters) -Under Armour ​said on Thursday ‌it plans to separate its ‌Curry Brand, after the sportswear maker’s board approved ⁠another $95 ‌million in restructuring efforts.

The company ‍estimates its global basketball revenue, including Curry ​Brand, will ‌be $100 million to $120 million in fiscal 2026.

Under Armour does not expect a ⁠significant effect on ​its consolidated ​financial results or profitability due to the ‍separation ⁠of the Curry Brand.
