A new business center is setting up shop in East El Paso.
Details about the new Sierra Vista Business Centre are scarce — representatives for the project did not respond to requests for comment — but typically, a business center is a facility that provides a wide variety of office services and business resources.
A business center acts as a hub to support the operational needs of multiple businesses and allows companies to focus on their mission without being worried about overhead costs associated with maintaining their own office infrastructure.
Where is it?
The new Sierra Vista Business Centre will be located at 8500 Gateway Boulevard North in Northeast El Paso, according to the city’s permit and licensing page.
The site of the future business center sits at the corner of Gateway Boulevard North and Tetons Drive, just off of Dyer Street.
What was there before?
The Sierra Vista Business Centre will be a new construction site on a currently vacant lot.
The development will include a new building with tilt-up and metal stud walls, ceilings, light fixtures, paint and air conditioning units.
Who is the contractor?
The contractor for the project is not listed in the city’s database, but the applicant is Tomas Gallegos of T&R in El Paso. The owner is Bernardino Olague.
The project is valued at $5.5 million.
