The nonprofit semifinalists include Aspire, Ignited, Richland County Land Bank, Mid-Ohio Guardianship, NAMI, Noon Optimists, Raemelton Therapeutic Equestrian Center, Richland Carrousel Park and Rosi C Ranch.
