RethinkFirst announced that Dinesh Senanayake has been appointed chief executive officer, bringing more than two decades of experience scaling healthcare and global technology organizations.
The company said Senanayake will focus on expanding partnerships, investing in talent, and delivering new solutions that support behavioral health and neurodiversity communities. His appointment comes as RethinkFirst continues to grow its technology platform and broaden its impact across healthcare providers, employers, and education systems.
Senanayake has a track record of leading healthcare and technology organizations through periods of growth and operational transformation. His leadership experience includes senior roles at Optima Healthcare Solutions and Net Health, where he helped guide companies through growth-stage transitions while driving revenue expansion and operational improvements.
Before joining RethinkFirst, Senanayake served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Paessler and Ventiv Technology. In those roles, he led global expansion initiatives, strengthened customer retention strategies, and supported SaaS and AI-driven transformations.
Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at BIAS Corporation and IBM, where he managed international operations, led acquisitions, and expanded market presence. RethinkFirst said his leadership philosophy emphasizes disciplined execution and close collaboration with customers.
