PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Pigeon Forge firefighters responded to a fire at Country Mill Crafts and Antiques at 6:13 on Sunday night.
A representative from the city of Pigeon Forge said that one firefighter was injured while responding to the fire.
“One firefighter sustained a minor hand injury when a ladder shifted during operations. The firefighter was transported to LeConte Medical Center for evaluation and is expected to make a full recovery,” the representative said.
The fire department said that firefighters quickly got the blaze under control and that damage was limited to a moderate level.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Pigeon Forge Fire Department.
