NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa (KCRG) – A business in North Liberty is closing and will lay off 70 employees, according to Iowa WARN.

Networking Imaging Solutions, a subsidiary of Derby Supply Chain Solutions, gave notice to employees on November 14 that they will be laid off on December 18.

The company’s primary services include assembly, packaging, warehousing and distribution, according to its website.

Derby owns 15 facilities in the Midwest and East Coast.

KCRG TV9 has reached out to Derby for additional details.

The Iowa Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) provides information on recent plant closings and mass layoffs.
