Voyzant Group is celebrating a year of expanding its footprint into key international markets, enabling the company to better serve the demand across multiple regions and channels.
Chitparan “Chippy” Jegathesan, CEO and co-founder of Voyzant Group, shared a year-end message this week, highlighting business expansion, innovation, and collaboration with partners across the globe.
“As 2025 comes to a close, the story of Voyzant is inseparable from the story of our partners,” said Jegathesan in a press release. “In a year when global travel demand continued to grow and international tourism pushed beyond pre-pandemic levels, our trusted partners stood with us revealing new opportunities for travellers around the world.”
Over the past year, Voyzant Group expanded into the United Kingdom, and Australia, while teams across these markets were strengthened and structured to ensure service levels remain strong, with added focus on dedicated support, faster responsiveness, and consultative solutions.
“Travel is evolving quickly, today’s travellers are blending business and leisure, seeking more personalized and meaningful journeys, and planning once-in-a-lifetime experiences,” Jegathesan said. “Our growth into the UK and Australia is about standing closer to those demand pools and giving our partners the tools to capture them.”
The group has strong business ties in Canada, the United States, Singapore and Sri Lanka with more international expansion on the horizon.
In 2025, Voyzant also advanced a strategic diversification of its product portfolio, broadening its offer beyond air consolidation into loyalty and corporate travel solutions.
These expanded capabilities are designed to help partners serve frequent travellers more holistically rewarding loyalty, optimizing corporate spend, and connecting travellers to richer experiences across touchpoints.
“Loyalty and corporate travel are natural extensions of how we think about value,” said Jegathesan. “We are building programs and platforms that help our partners deepen relationships with their best customers, while giving those customers more flexibility, more choice, and more rewarding journeys.”
Jegathesan emphasized that the company’s progress this year was built on the strength of long-standing and newly-forged partnerships with airlines, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
“Nothing we achieved in 2025 from entering new markets to expanding our product set would have been possible without the trust and collaboration of our partners,” he said. “You backed our vision, challenged us to be better, and worked alongside our teams to turn opportunities into shared success.”
Looking ahead, Voyzant sees 2026 as a year of continued momentum as global travel and tourism is expected to reach new highs, with record visitor spending and resilient demand across many markets, including Canada.
“The future is bright, full of promise and opportunity,” Jegathesan said. “As new traveller segments emerge and expectations rise, our focus is on building smarter technology, deeper partnerships, and offerings that help stay ahead of the demand.”
“To our valued partners; thank you, your belief in Voyzant, your openness to co-creating solutions, and your support mean more than words can capture. I am truly grateful, and I am excited for what we will build together in 2026 and beyond.”
Voyzant’s 2025 highlights included:
• Over $3 billion in annual sales revenue
• Over 5.7 million tickets issued
• Dedicated offices in Canada, USA, UK, Sri Lanka, India, Singapore & Australia
• Markets served worldwide
