A new business could be coming to the site of the Oakland In-N-Out that closed because of crime.
Chandi Hospitality purchased the 1-acre site near I-880 and Hegenberger Road, across from the Coliseum.
The building’s been empty since In-N-Out closed in 2024.
The Santa Rosa-based restaurant group paid about $2 million for the property.
The company hasn’t publicly announced what it plans to do.
