With more than 20 years of experience in training, workforce development, and product innovation, Abdul brings deep expertise and a strong leadership track record in technology-driven learning. He began his career as a Tech-Support Executive in 2003, later becoming Head of Learning and Development at NetCom Learning. Recognized with the Intuit North Star Award at IBM-Daksh for customer support excellence and ranked highly in the 2007 Gallup Employee Engagement Survey, Abdul also holds professional certifications in data science, SHRM-SCP, and psychometric testing—credentials that reinforce his commitment to advancing scalable, AI-enabled learning platforms.
At NetCom+, Abdul will immediately focus on accelerating global user acquisition to reach five million learners within six months, scaling the platform’s AI-powered IT certification programs, and forging strategic partnerships. Special emphasis will be placed on expanding into underserved markets across the Global South, aligning with the company’s larger mission of educating and certifying one billion learners worldwide.
