Mendix, Siemens’ low-code software development platform, has appointed marketing and go-to-market executive Aviva Fink as Chief Growth Officer as it seeks to accelerate global expansion, refresh its positioning in a shifting enterprise technology market, and deepen strategic partnerships.
Fink joins Mendix’s executive leadership team with a remit spanning global growth strategy, customer acquisition, and alliance development. Based in New York, she most recently served as Vice President of Marketing at Axion Ray and previously led global marketing at Altus Group, where she helped reshape go-to-market execution and support international expansion. Her earlier work includes bringing multiple mobile data analytics and proptech businesses to market, including Onavo (Meta), VTS, and Reonomy. In 2022, GlobeSt. recognized Fink as a CRE Tech Influencer.
The appointment comes as Mendix seeks to move beyond traditional “low-code” toward what it describes as agentic development and enterprise automation, aiming to help customers build intelligent applications across the enterprise on a composable platform.
