Cangso Global Inc., a fulfillment center specializing in logistics solutions for e-commerce sellers, is moving its headquarters to a new spot in New Jersey.
The space is located at 240 Mill Road in Edison, according to a statement this week from Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey office, which arranged the deal.
The transaction represents a strategic expansion and relocation of Cangso Global’s East Coast distribution operation from Essex County, the company said.
Jianning Meng of Lee & Associates negotiated the deal as tenant representative for the property owned by Heller Industrial Parks Inc.
Cangso Global’s new space features four loading doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights, column spacing that is 42 feet by 42 feet, and an Early Suppression Fast Response sprinkler system.
The company provides logistics solutions that streamline the supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction for e-commerce sellers, according to the company.
