The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said someone has been taken into custody and is cooperating with police.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man was found shot dead inside a business on Saturday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO).
Officers, as well as crews with Jacksonville Fire and Rescue, had responded to reports of someone being shot on Lane Avenue South just after 3 p.m. JSO said the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff’s office said someone has been taken into custody and is cooperating with police.
