FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) — Fayetteville police detectives are investigating after two people were shot and killed at a restaurant on Saturday.
It happened just before 7 p.m. at Mac’s Speed Shop at 482 N. McPherson Church Road. Officers found two people there with gunshot wounds.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where they died from their injuries.
The identities of the two people have not been released.
Detectives are questioning a person of interest, the police department said.
