LSUS hosts AI in Business Conference with Space Auto CEO keynote
AI consultant Nick Askew led the conference, encouraging participants to start with small changes that can free up time for critical thinking and decision-making. He highlighted how chatbots and other digital tools are already streamlining tasks such as appointment scheduling and customer service.
Askew shared examples from industries like automotive, real estate, and restaurants, showing how AI can personalize communication, analyze data, and reduce costs.
“AI doesn’t mean replacement,” Askew said in a news release. “If you do it right, it means augmentation.”
According to a news release, LSUS Continuing Education plans to host additional AI-focused events tailored to specific industries in the future.
