Kline, Kreider and Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 23 for Matthew and Anna Newswanger at 119 Harristown Road, Paradise. A four-bedroom split-level house with two-car garage on 0.4 acre sold for $335,000 to Trevor Huber, of Gap.

Intel Auctions conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 26 for Allen and Rosie Stoltzfus at 253 Meetinghouse Road, Gap. The 1 1/2-acre property sold for $690,000 to David Beiler.

Intel Auctions conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 28 for Ed Zeiset at 2678 State Road, Lewiston. A lodge on 0.38 acre sold for $120,000 to Samuel Stoltzfus.

Intel Auctions conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 31 for Enos and Martha Beiler at 2445 Horseshoe Road. A 0.75-acre property sold for $360,000 to Sam and Emma Fisher.

Witman Auctioneers Inc., of Manheim, conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 31 for the Robert W. Fisher estate at 8 E. Market St., Myerstown. A two-bedroom house sold for $152,250 to Braden and Kelsey Horning, of Myerstown.

Horst Auctioneers, of Ephrata, conducted a public auction of antiques Jan. 28 at 50 Durlach Road, Ephrata. Some of the items and prices included: 10-karat and 14-karat jewelry lot, $1,850; glass castor set, $700; miniature redware basket, $800; porcelain “Red Rose” sign, $700; album of postcards, $825; Reicker advertising ephemera, $1,600; Sprenger’s Lager beer sign, $1,350; Little Dutch Boy beer menu, $550; old Lancaster beer sign, $1,000; four lots of beer taps, $1,050, $750, $700 and $525; Henkel Harris bedroom suite, $525; and a two-piece gray living room set, $700.

Horst Auctioneers, of Ephrata, conducted a public auction of coins and currency Jan. 29 at 50 Durlach Road, Ephrata. Some of the items and prices included: four lots of rolls of pennies, $3,900, $2,950, $2,400, $1,300; 50 rolls of wheat pennies, $6,000, $1,450; 1885-CC dollar, $1,375; three 1909 S-VDB cents, $1,600, $1,500, $1,150; 336 error Lincolns, $1,600; three 100 seated dimes, $1,400, $1,375, $1,350; and eight bust dimes, $1,500.
