Spiralcute expands its global footprint through a new multi-year partnership with Jazwares, which will serve as the master toy partner and global distributor outside Asia for several of the company’s most popular character brands. The agreement covers upcoming product lines for Chiikawa, Mofusand, and Koupen Chan, three properties that have amassed significant fan bases across Japan and throughout Asia.

Founded in 2009, Spiralcute operates as an artist-driven character management agency, collaborating closely with creators to build emotionally resonant brands that carry strong cultural influence. The company recently launched Spiralcute International in Los Angeles to support its growing international business and to establish a stronger presence within the global licensing landscape.
Under the new partnership, Jazwares will develop a range of toys and collectibles designed around Spiralcute’s signature “sophisti-cute” aesthetic. The first products, featuring Chiikawa and Mofusand, are scheduled to debut in Fall 2026, with Koupen Chan and additional waves planned to follow in Spring 2027. The rollout is poised to introduce the properties to a wider audience as interest in Japan-originated character brands continues to grow across North America and Europe.
The collaboration marks a significant milestone for Spiralcute as it works to scale its core character franchises worldwide and strengthen its presence in major consumer product categories.
