ECARX Appoints New CFO to Boost Global Business Expansion

Gasgoo Munich- ECARX (Nasdaq: ECX) has appointed Dylan D.Jeng as its chief financial officer, effective March 23, the company announced on March 24.

Jeng will be based at ECARX’s Singapore office, where he will oversee global financial strategy, treasury, investor relations, and financial operations. His mandate is to bolster financial discipline and scalability, accelerating the company’s global expansion.

According to public records, Jeng brings over two decades of international financial leadership experience in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. He previously worked at several major accounting firms. He has a strong track record in global business expansion, capital allocation, and delivering sustainable financial performance. His expertise in cross-border financial management, global supply chain finance, and investor relations will provide critical support. This support is crucial as ECARX expands its footprint across Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas, and deepens partnerships with leading global automakers.
