19 January 2026 – RubyPlay, a studio-based content ecosystem, has appointed Dima Reiderman as its new Chief Commercial Officer, strengthening its leadership team as it advances an ambitious global growth strategy for 2026 and beyond.
Reiderman brings extensive leadership experience across iGaming and sports betting, with a proven track record of guiding multi-national teams in regulated markets worldwide. Throughout his iGaming career, he has worked closely with RubyPlay CEO Tsachi Maimon, achieving notable milestones that have influenced the industry landscape.
During a seven-year tenure at Aspire Global, Reiderman held several senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, where he played a major role in driving operational transformation and enhancing commercial performance as the company grew through strategic acquisitions. He later served as Managing Director at sportsbook provider BtoBet, and subsequently as Managing Director of iGaming & Sports at Aristocrat Interactive following its acquisition of BtoBet. In these positions, he led global teams, strengthened product and revenue, and delivered sustained P&L growth.
As RubyPlay’s new CCO, Reiderman will focus on accelerating the company’s global commercial strategy, with a particular emphasis on scaling operator partnerships across regulated markets. His remit includes aligning commercial execution with RubyPlay’s newly announced studio-based content ecosystem, which unites multiple market-focused studios under a shared technology, infrastructure and distribution framework.
Reiderman will collaborate closely with each studio to support market expansion, optimise distribution, and deepen relationships with regulated operators, ensuring RubyPlay’s content and platform capabilities scale effectively as the ecosystem grows.
