MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) — A Minot coffee roasting company is brewing up more business.
Dakota Roasters is owned by Kari Edholm and her husband.
She says they bought the business roughly five years ago.
Kari Edholm says they moved into the space near Citizens Alley before they knew about the project.
With the blend of recent marketing and the amount of events the community hub has had, they’ve seen increased interest in their cup of ‘jo.
“We’ve had a lot more people communicating or reaching out, seeing if we do tours, or seeing if they can come stop by,” said Kari Edholm.
The location is not open to the public, but Kari Edholm says they hope to add coffee tastings, shopping, and more next summer.
To taste their coffee, visit Prairie Sky Bread, The Station, Perky’s, or visit their website.
