CHICOPEE – Sign Techniques, a 36-year-old graphic design, fabrication and installation business, was seized by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, according to a sign posted at the business, 361 Chicopee St.
No one answered the phones at the business and there was no one present Thursday.
The business owes the state $120,000, according to the Department of Revenue’s public disclosure of tax delinquents owing more than $25,000.

It isn’t clear when the DOR action occurred.
