Burglary suspects facing felony charges after robbing Mount Morris business

Mount Morris, N.Y. – Two people are facing felony charges after a burglary in Livingston County on Dec. 23.

Deputies say around 3:30 a.m., a business on Chapel Street in Mount Morris was broken into, and items inside were stolen.

The next day, Deputies arrested and charged 51-year-old Ulises Valentin-Surillo and 34-year-old Ashley Zigenfus.

The pair is charged with felony burglary, felony criminal mischief, petit larceny, possession of stolen property, and possession of burglary tools.
