Iron Hill Brewery is tapping back in to the brewpub business.
According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, a new group of owners plans to reopen several Iron Hill Brewery locations, starting in Center City Philadelphia next month.
Five other locations, including Wilmington, are also expected to be back in business this summer.
Iron Hill was founded in Newark in 1996, and eventually expanded to over a dozen locations across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey, and South Carolina, before filing for bankruptcy last October.
The Business Journal says one of the founders, Mark Edelson, is among the new ownership group.
