Suspect steals cash register from Colorado Springs business, police say

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Law enforcement is investigating after a reported robbery Friday night.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), officers responded at 8:50 p.m. to a robbery in the 3800 block of East Pikes Peak Avenue.

Police said a suspect entered the business and forcefully took a cash register containing various amounts of marked bills before leaving.

CSPD did not share a description of the suspect.

No injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made as of Saturday morning.
