ROSEBUD (FOX 44) — For the family who owns the Highway 77 Cafe near Rosebud, Hispanic Heritage month is every day — because for David Diaz, his wife Monica Castellanos and their four children, business is family.
David and Monica bought the Highway 77 Cafe about three years ago. The cafe is known for having almost 700 pictures of veterans on its inside walls. For David and his family, the journey from their roots in Mexico to Central Texas was years in the making, but are glad to call Central Texas home.
