PRISM, the global travel-tech company and parent of OYO, has announced a strategic leadership realignment aimed at deepening its operational focus across core markets and driving its next phase of global expansion.
Ankit Tandon, currently CEO of OYO Vacation Homes, has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer, PRISM, and CEO, Europe. In his expanded mandate, Tandon will oversee business operations and performance across PRISM’s international portfolio, including brands such as Belvilla, DanCenter, Sunday Hotels, and others. He will lead the Europe and UK markets, as well as the United States, encompassing G6 Hospitality, the parent of Motel 6 and Studio 6.
Tandon will continue to head PRISM’s Vacation Homes business, which recently added CheckMyGuest (France) and MadeComfy (Australia) to its portfolio. Puneet Yadav, UK Country Head, will report to him, while Sonal Sinha, CEO – G6 Hospitality (Dallas), will collaborate closely with Tandon and Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & Group CEO, PRISM.
Varun Jain, currently COO – India, has been appointed COO – Asia, expanding his remit to include India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Jain will also oversee PRISM’s listings platform, Traum Ferienwohnungen in Germany. Within India, the Innov8 and Weddingz businesses will now fall under his purview, supported by Pankhuri Sakhuja (Innov8 and Traum) and Nitin Gupta (SEAME).
Shreerang Godbole will continue as Chief Service Officer, responsible for customer experience and operational excellence across PRISM’s global portfolio. He will also oversee DanCenter operations, MadeComfy integration, and US PropCo initiatives in partnership with Tandon.
Shirish Damani has been appointed COO, Europe Homes & Hotels, working closely with Tandon to drive supply, revenue, and margin across Belvilla, DanCenter, CheckMyGuest, Studio Prestige, and HelpMyGuest, while continuing to lead global M&A.
Gautam Swaroop, who led PRISM International for the past five years, will transition to pursue new technology-led ventures.
