New business featuring food from multiple restaurants opens in Raceland, Ky.

RACELAND, Ky. (WCHS) — A new business is opening in Greenup County, Kentucky.

A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday for The Roost in Raceland, Ky., which will feature food from several different restaurants, including Hick’s Original Fried Chicken, Godfather’s Pizza Express, Quik Chill Dairy Bar & Grill and more.

The new restaurant concept is operated by Super Quik and will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The business is expected to employ 32 people.
