COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Dad’s Donuts, a popular Colorado Springs donut business, announced their indefinite closure Saturday.
In a post on social media, the business said they would officially be closing on Sunday, March 22.
They said the building they operate out of had been sold due to circumstances beyond their control, requiring them to leave. They added that their manager has also been forced to step away for medical reasons.
Despite calling this an “indefinite closure,” they added that this is more of a pause in operations while they search for a long-term home.
“We are committed to finding the right space and will share updates as soon as we have a path forward. We look forward to the day we can welcome you back,” they said in the update.
The business previously closed two locations, leaving the downtown location as the only one open.
