(Gray News) – Nearly three dozen Buc-ee’s locations have received an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau.
The grades came from 88 customer complaints to Buc-ee’s that were not addressed in a timely fashion, according to BBB officials. The oldest unanswered complaint was filed in March 2023. The most recent was filed in February.
The F-rated Buc-ee’s locations are in Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Kentucky and Tennessee.
Of the 38 Buc-ee’s locations listed on the BBB website, 33 have F ratings, two have A ratings and two have C- ratings. According to the Buc-ee’s website, there are 54 locations.
According to the BBB, a Buc-ee’s official said the company does not respond to complaints submitted through the BBB.
The BBB said its grades, which “are not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance,” are based on various factors including complaint history and how disputes are handled.
Anyone can file a complaint with the BBB about a business.
