JAKARTA – In implementing a healthy lifestyle, it does not have to be by suddenly making big changes. Starting a healthy lifestyle can start with small habits that are done consistently.

Founder & Coach SANA Studio, Laila Munaf, said that lack of knowledge is not a problem to start a healthy life, but rather a matter of motivation and the initial way to start the change.

The small habits are like getting used to drinking enough water every day, reducing the consumption of sweet drinks, to start doing light exercise.

“For example, by getting used to drinking enough water, reducing the consumption of sugary drinks, sleeping more regularly, or starting to exercise lightly several times a week,” he explained.
