US customs agency says it cannot comply with tariff refund order

The ​U.S. Customs and ‌Border Protection agency is ​unable to ​comply with a court ⁠order ​directing it to ​refund tariffs that the Supreme Court has ​ruled ​illegal, the agency said in a ‌court ⁠filing with the U.S. Court for ​International ​Trade ⁠on Friday.
