9:22 p.m. UPDATE: Firefighters battled flames inside Palisade Direct Primary Care, which shares a building with Uncle Loui’s Cafe.
The fire was contained to Palisade.
We’re told crews quickly got the fire under control after arriving.
No one was hurt, and the cause and extent of damage is unclear.

DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) – Duluth firefighters battled flames Tuesday evening at a business along Duluth’s Hillside neighborhood.
Around 7 p.m., crews responded to reports of a fire at Palisade Primary Care near East Fourth Street and Sixth Avenue East.
At that time, Duluth Police blocked off both streets as fire departments ran water lines to fight the dire.
No word yet on any injuries or a cause of the fire.
