Barron Trump has officially entered the business landscape.

According to documents filed in January in Florida and Delaware, obtained by People, Barron, 19, is a partner in an upcoming drink company called SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc. Yerba Mate itself is a popular caffeinated beverage, native to South America.

Barron — a sophomore at New York University’s Stern School of Business — is working as a director alongside four other partners: Spencer Bernstein, Rudolfo Castello, Stephen Hall and Valentino Gomez.

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings obtained by People show that SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc has already “raised $1 million in capital through a private placement,” and is headquartered at a property in Palm Beach, Florida, near President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

Bernstein (one of the co-founders) shared a LinkedIn post last month explaining, “Since the end of last school year I have been working alongside my co-founder, Stephen Hall, and a few close friends on SOLLOS Yerba Mate, a lifestyle beverage brand built around clean + functional ingredients.”

The LinkedIn post also noted that the brand was in the works for 8 months and that on January 8, the company “hit a major milestone and closed our seed round,” adding they have “a large DTC launch planned for the spring.”

As the National Enquirer reported last week, Barron’s mom, Melania Trump, shared some insight about her son in an interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo.

“He’s [an] incredible young man,” she gushed. “We are very proud of him, second year in Stern School of Business, and he loves it.”

“You need to be there for a child nonstop, especially when they need you,” the First Lady added. “Especially at that age that Barron is.”

Additionally, Melania revealed that Barron “understands politics” and “gives advice” to the 79-year-old commander-in-chief.
