A dual-branded IHOP and Applebee’s will open next week in a travel plaza just off Interstate 82 in Grandview — the first location of its kind in Washington state.
Kennewick-based Fusion Dining LLC recently announced the opening, and will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony in collaboration with the Grandview Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, Feb. 3. The public is invited to attend, with prizes for the first 100 people to visit the new restaurant.
Located within the Grandview TravelCenter and Truck Wash at 100 Higgins Way, the new space will offer guests IHOP’s pancakes and breakfast offerings along with Applebee’s burgers, sandwiches, entrees and other menu items.
“We’re excited to bring the dual-branded Applebee’s and IHOP to Grandview,” said Hardeep Singh, one of the new restaurant’s owners, in a news release. “Grandview is a welcoming stop for both residents and visitors, and we’re proud to offer a dining experience that feels right at home.”
The menu features favorites that diners can mix and match anytime, day or night, Singh said. The dual-branded restaurant offers exclusive menu items like the Buffalo Chicken Omelets and Ultimate Breakfast Burger, along with specialty cocktails such as an espresso martini or Irish coffee.
There will be two distinct dining areas, Singh said. The restaurant’s design will pay homage to both brands while shared common areas, including the host stand and bathrooms, create an integrated experience, he added.
The new restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Hours will be from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Revive Chiropractic Centre opens
The Revive Chiropractic Centre recently opened in Yakima, offering chiropractic care designed to help individuals move better, feel better and function at their best in everyday life, its owner said.
The office at 811 W. Yakima Ave. Suite 104 is accepting new patients, said co-owner and chiropractor Dr. James Brown.
“Many people wait until pain becomes severe before seeking help,” Brown said in a news release. “Our goal is to help patients understand what their body is telling them and support healthier movement patterns early on whether they’re dealing with discomfort now or trying to prevent future issues.”
Revive Chiropractic Centre welcomes patients of all ages and activity levels, from individuals experiencing back or neck discomfort to those looking to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle, Brown said. No referral is required, and the clinic offers flexible payment options, including Medicare, major commercial insurance payers, self-pay care and HSA/FSA acceptance.
In addition to in-office care, Revive Chiropractic Centre emphasizes education, helping patients better understand posture, movement habits, stress management, and simple daily practices that can improve overall wellbeing.
Revive Chiropractic Centre is locally owned and operated by the brother-sister team of Brown and Shawna Parker, who has owned a medical billing company for the past 20 years. Both were born and raised in Yakima, with Brown practicing in the Dominican Republic for almost 15 years before returning home.
