Las Anita’s in Seabrook, a beloved family-owned restaurant, is closing after 25 years.
HOUSTON — A longtime Seabrook restaurant is preparing to close its doors after more than two decades of serving the community.
Las Anita’s, a family-owned restaurant that has operated in Seabrook for 25 years, announced on Facebook that it would be shutting down. The restaurant’s final day of business was Saturday, Jan. 31.
In the post, the Zuniga family thanked customers for their loyalty and support over the years, calling the decision to close a difficult one.
“We cannot express enough gratitude for your loyalty and support over the decades,” the post reads. “It has been an absolute pleasure being a part of your lives, and we will cherish the memories and friendships we’ve built here.”
The restaurant did not provide a specific reason for the closure.
