Martin & Rutt Auctioneers LLC, of New Holland, conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 21 at 181 Eastbrook Road, Smoketown. A three-bedroom brick rancher with one-car garage on 0.35 acre sold for $324,000 to Nathan and Megan Senn, of Ronks.

Kline, Kreider & Good Auctioneers, of Ephrata, conducted a public auction of real estate Jan. 22 for the Elizabeth Snader estate at 1245 W. Swartzville Road, Reinholds. A four-bedroom house with one-car garage and utility building on 0.5 acre sold for $360,000 to Chris Wilson, of Reinholds.

Horst Auctioneers, of Ephrata, conducted a public auction of antiques Jan. 21 at 50 Durlach Road, Ephrata. Some of the items and prices included: wooden sleigh, $400; four-piece Lane midcentury bedroom set, $825; wooden dollhouse, $475; gold bracelet, $2,350; ladies Hamilton watch, $1,900; three 14-karat necklaces, $650, $525 and $450; 18-karat ring, $600; 14-karat diamond ring, $1,000; ring/earring set, $775; 54-piece sterling flatware set, $4,900; sterling flatware, $425, $375, $325; two trays of GI Joes, $450; and an oak country store display cabinet, $450.

Some of the items and prices included: 1913 Pennsylvania hunting license, $4,700; 1914 Pennsylvania hunting license, $300; 1915 Pennsylvania hunting license, $300; Smith & Wesson .45 revolver (Pennsylvania Game Commission Collector 247/900) $1,550; Remington model 760 30.06 rifle, $1,450; Benelli M1 Super 90 .12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun, $800; Thomson Center Hawken .50-cal. custom flintlock, $875; Savage Springfield no. 850 .222 rifle, $675; Ruger .44 Magnum Super Redhawk revolver, $900; Ned Smith prints $245 and $225; reproduction Denali bear trap, $800; early Pennsylvania Game Commission posters, $350; and a Browning gun safe, $800.
