In a bold expansion into the U.S. hospitality scene, Istanbul’s Süzer Group, helmed by vice chairman Baran Süzer, has acquired a 52% controlling stake in the Moxy Miami Wynwood hotel for $99 million.
The eight-story, 120-room boutique property, located at 255 Northwest 25th Street, features dining and nightlife concepts operated in partnership with leading hospitality brands.
The rooftop space has been leased to CC Social Club, which opened during Art Basel and hosted several high-profile cultural events, including the Flaunt Magazine party with Diplo.
Brooklyn Chop House also operates on-site, having opened just ahead of Art Basel. The concept blends steakhouse and Asian influences and marks the brand’s Miami location following established restaurants in New York and Abu Dhabi.
Sparrow Italia, a modern Italian restaurant managed by Noble 33, serves as an additional signature restaurant offering.
Süzer, who is also the owner of the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and Kentbank Croatia, is bringing a high-end hospitality network and luxury-driven sensibility to the Moxy Wynwood.
Both Ritz-Carlton and Moxy are part of Marriott’s global brand portfolio, underscoring Süzer Group’s continued alignment with the hospitality leader as it expands its U.S. footprint.
