Recently, the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin launched applications for cross-border e-commerce industry support funds for the second half of 2025. Eligible entities and individuals may submit applications by March 13.
According to the notice, certified leading demonstration parks will receive a one-off subsidy of up to 30 percent of the developer’s actual annual fixed-asset investment, capped at 100 million yuan.
Hengqin also offers a range of incentives for enterprises and individuals, including rental subsidies for e-commerce companies or associations leasing office space within the Cooperation Zone. Leading e-commerce enterprises that establish operations in the zone and meet certain revenue thresholds may receive a one-off reward of 6 million yuan.
In addition, outstanding livestream hosts who have worked in Hengqin for more than six months and have over 500,000 followers on a single major e-commerce platform may qualify for incentives. Those whose annual livestream-driven sales first exceed 50 million yuan for enterprises registered in the Cooperation Zone or Macao will be eligible for a one-off reward of 500,000 yuan.

After submitting electronic materials, applicants are required to contact staff to submit paper application documents.
