Bowen Health Celebrates New Warsaw Clinic With Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
Bowen Health opened their new clinic building in Warsaw on Sept. 8, 2025. The groundbreaking for the facility was in August 2024. The new clinic is located at 901 Anchorage Point Drive, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Commissioner Cary Groninger said the facility would “undoubtedly help Kosciusko County care for its residents.”
Magical Meadows Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony For Two New Indoor Arenas
Magical Meadows, an equine therapy center, had their groundbreaking for two indoor riding arenas for their facility. The organization allows people with special needs or mental health issues, including veterans with PTSD, to connect with horses.
Parkview Celebrates Opening Of ONE Surgery Center With Ribbon-Cutting
A ribbon cutting was held for the new ONE Surgery Center on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025. This surgery center is a new orthopedic ambulatory surgery center. It is nearly 15,000 square feet and located at 335 E. 200N, Warsaw. Dr. Alan McGee, president of Parkview Health Orthopedics, said at the ribbon cutting that the center “… will be patient-centered, efficient, advanced, and it will certainly be innovative. We will have the latest and greatest technologies …”
Slate Auto Offers Sneak Peek Of Former RR Donnelley Facility Renovation
Slate Auto bought the former RR Donnelly and LSC Communications facility in Warsaw. The electric car manufacturer is expected to begin manufacturing in 2026. The company plans to hire nearly 2,100 people at the Warsaw plant.
Dalton Corporation In Warsaw To Close Its Doors By March 2026
Dalton Corporation announced on Monday, Dec. 29, 2025, they will be permanently closing their doors on March 1, 2026. Over 250 employees will be terminated, effective Feb. 27. The First Brands Group LLC acquired Dalton Corporation approximately two years ago and filed for bankruptcy in September 2025.
Beef-A-Roo’s Warsaw Detroit Street Location Has Soft Opening
Beef-A-Roo, an Illinois-headquartered fast-food franchise, opened a new location in Warsaw. This new restaurant is housed in a former Penguin Point location at 408 N. Detroit St.
Ribbon Cutting For KABS Lake City Loop Deviated Fixed Route
Kosciusko Area Bus Service held a ribbon cutting for their new Lake City Loop Deviated Fixed Route on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025. The Lake City Loop runs through Warsaw and Winona Lake with 16 scheduled stops. It also has the option for community members to call ahead and request pick-ups at a different location.
Grace Celebrates Butch And Sandy Shook Welcome Center With Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
Grace College had a ribbon-cutting for the Ray “Butch” and Sandra Shook Welcome Center. The new welcome center is located at Westminster Hall and holds the admissions office, a campus store, and lakeside rentals.
Paddock Springs Breaks Ground On Legacy Memory Care Center
Paddock Springs broke ground on Thursday, Nov. 13 on a new 24-suite Legacy Memory Care center. The standalone center should be completed by November 2026. Trilogy Healthcare, which owns Paddock Springs, has nearly 150 Legacy Memory Care centers, but there is nothing else like it in Kosciusko County. Legacy Memory Care centers match residents with “best friends,” employees who are dedicated to learning their history to give them the best care possible.
Mishler Funeral Homes Sold To McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapels
Mishler Funeral Home, with locations in Bremen, Milford, Warsaw, and Ligonier were sold on Dec. 19, 2024, though not announced until 2025. The Mishler Funeral Home locations were sold to McHatton Sadler Funeral Chapels, which are owned by Family Transitions Partners LLC and Michael Wilson. Ryan Mishler; his mother, Brenda Mishler; and Daniel Blevins were the owners of Mishler Funeral Home. Ryan Mishler said that he chose to sell to Michael Wilson because he did not want to sell to a larger company that would only be concerned about their bottom line. Mishler is also an Indiana Senator for District 2 and claimed that he did not have time in his Senate schedule to interact with the business on a regular basis.
