OpenAI launches Instant Checkout, a feature that allows users to make purchases directly within ChatGPT. This innovation promises to radically change the way consumers shop online – and, consequently, how retailers operate.
Collaboration with Etsy and Shopify
ChatGPT now helps consumers not only find products, but also purchase them. The new Instant Checkout feature, developed in collaboration with Stripe, is already available to Etsy users in the US and will soon expand to more than a million Shopify merchants.
