FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A person was detained, and a man was hospitalized following a shooting outside a business in Chantilly on Sunday morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).
Officers responded to the 14000 block of Willard Road after receiving reports of a shooting.
Police said a man was shot outside a business at the location.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.
Someone was detained at the scene as officers continued their investigation. Police have not released details about the suspected shooter’s identity or what led up to the shooting.
