WEST VILLAGE, Manhattan (WABC) — Police in Manhattan are investigating a possible arson attack at a business.
A suspected Molotov cocktail appears to have been thrown through the window of a West Village store.
The object was found tossed into what appears to be a smoke shop on Christopher Street just after 3 a.m. Wednesday.
Firefighters responded to the scene.
Police are investigating this as a possible arson attempt and looking for up to six men who ran away.
It is not yet known why the business may have been targeted.
