The Croton Business Council has created a superb new Website that features a state of the art directory of local establishments and other information about the village.
We are proud that The Croton Chronicle, which is most definitely a Croton business, is included in the directory (look for us under “Publications.”) We are happy to be in such good company.
The Council created the Website as part of the lead up to Small Business Saturday, during which residents and visitors are encouraged to shop at local businesses in the Upper Village, Harmon and North Riverside shopping corridors. A look through the directory demonstrates the great variety of commercial establishments in Croton, and invites consumers to discover places they may never have known existed.
Of course, there are those who would insist that every day is Local Business Day, and we see no need to contradict such an assertion—especially during this holiday period.
