On Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29, stroll through The District and rediscover the joy of finding meaningful gifts, welcoming storefronts and the kind of genuine, personal service you can only get from local businesses.
“From boutiques and hair studios to bars, agencies, restaurants and specialty shops, The District is home to an eclectic mix of small businesses that help make Quincy unique,” stated executive director of The District Brianna Rivera in a press release. “Many stores will be offering specials for early shoppers—so come start your day with us in The District!”
“And the festivities don’t end when the shopping does. After a full day enjoying everything downtown has to offer, stay for our annual Light the Park in Washington Park at 5:30 p,m.,” said Rivera. “This is where and when the holiday season officially comes to life.”

Every Saturday in The District is an invitation to explore The heart of Quincy, but special Shop Local Saturdays–Holiday Stroll Editions, Dec. 6, 13, and 20 add an extra dash of holiday magic.
