Police say a driver had some sort of medical problem and crashed into Massage Envy on Gorham Road in South Portland Friday afternoon, ending up in the lobby of the store, which is right next to Panera Bread.Maine’s Total Coverage saw a black sedan being towed away.South Portland Deputy Fire Chief Brian Smart said the driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but there did not appear to be any injuries. He said no one inside the store was hit.All employees of the store were able to get out through a back fire exit.Smart said store management was working to get the building secured for the night before the extent of the damage was assessed and determined.There did appear to be significant damage to the front of the store
